оценка (анализ) [параметров] движения [видеоизображения]в процессе кодирования видеоданных - анализ предыдущих или последующих кадров с целью выявления блоков, которые не изменились (или изменилось только их положение). Вместо этих блоков затем сохраняются так называемые векторы движения (motion vector).
